Problems Accessing Flipsnack?

Here are some hopefully helpful hints to try:

I can’t open the Flipsnack website

  1. Double-check the spelling of the website, or click on this link: flipsnack.com
  2. Check with your I.T. team to ensure the website isn’t blocked

I don’t know how to gain access to PEEC using Flipsnack

  1. Set up a Flipsnack account so you can access the platform (see below)
  2. You will receive an email invitation using the email supplied to us by your school
  3. Click on ‘Accept invitation’ in the email supplied

I can’t see my Flipsnack invitation

  1. Check your junk and spam email folders to see if the Flipsnack invitation is there
  2. Add ‘noreply@flipsnack.com’ to your safe senders list (see tips on Google or YouTube if you’re not sure how to do this)
  3. Ensure ‘noreply@flipsnack.com’ is not blocked by your school – to do this, check with your I.T. team

 I don’t know how to set up Flipsnack

  1. Go to: flipsnack.com
  2. Click on ‘Sign up’
  3. Use the email supplied by your school to create a Flipsnack account – make sure you choose a secure password that you can remember

 Flipsnack says I’m not authorised to view the document

  1. Log out of Flipsnack
  2. Close any Flipsnack windows you might have open
  3. Click on the link in the email you received
  4. If this doesn’t work, check that the email address you used to set up your Flipsnack account is the same email address supplied to the Institute – ask your Head of Wellbeing if you’re not sure
  5. Still having trouble? Close all Flipsnack tabs and try using another web browser, such as Google Chrome
  6. You might need to clear your cache – Google how to do this or open an ‘Incognito’ window in Google Chrome
  7. Turn your computer off and on again – it’s a trick that fixes most things
