Problems Accessing Flipsnack?
Here are some hopefully helpful hints to try:
I can’t open the Flipsnack website
- Double-check the spelling of the website, or click on this link: flipsnack.com
- Check with your I.T. team to ensure the website isn’t blocked
I don’t know how to gain access to PEEC using Flipsnack
- Set up a Flipsnack account so you can access the platform (see below)
- You will receive an email invitation using the email supplied to us by your school
- Click on ‘Accept invitation’ in the email supplied
I can’t see my Flipsnack invitation
- Check your junk and spam email folders to see if the Flipsnack invitation is there
- Add ‘noreply@flipsnack.com’ to your safe senders list (see tips on Google or YouTube if you’re not sure how to do this)
- Ensure ‘noreply@flipsnack.com’ is not blocked by your school – to do this, check with your I.T. team
I don’t know how to set up Flipsnack
- Go to: flipsnack.com
- Click on ‘Sign up’
- Use the email supplied by your school to create a Flipsnack account – make sure you choose a secure password that you can remember
Flipsnack says I’m not authorised to view the document
- Log out of Flipsnack
- Close any Flipsnack windows you might have open
- Click on the link in the email you received
- If this doesn’t work, check that the email address you used to set up your Flipsnack account is the same email address supplied to the Institute – ask your Head of Wellbeing if you’re not sure
- Still having trouble? Close all Flipsnack tabs and try using another web browser, such as Google Chrome
- You might need to clear your cache – Google how to do this or open an ‘Incognito’ window in Google Chrome
- Turn your computer off and on again – it’s a trick that fixes most things
