Both feeling and expressing gratitude are powerful ways to improve your wellbeing. Studies have shown that gratitude is linked to greater life satisfaction, better sleep, stronger resiliency and improved physical health. As Brother David Steindl-Rast once said, ‘In daily life we must see that it is not happiness that makes us grateful, but gratefulness that makes us happy.’
Our classroom resource ‘A Little Packet of Gratitude’ contains a short summary of the benefits of gratitude, 16 different gratitude activities, 3 engaging printable posters for the classroom and 2 free lessons about gratitude from our Positive Education Enhanced Curriculum (PEEC).

The ‘Individual’ licence enables you to use this product with your students but does not enable you to share this resource with another teacher for use with their class.
The ‘Whole School’ licence enables every teacher at your school to use this product but does not enable you to share this resource with teachers from another school. The PDF will be stamped with details pertaining to the licence option you have selected.
